WordFire! Terms of Service

"We" or "us" in these Terms refers to the developer and operator of WordFire!.

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using WordFire! (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description The App provides English vocabulary learning tools including flashcards, quizzes, review reminders, and related features. Service features may be modified without prior notice.

3. Accounts 1. You may use the App with an Apple ID, Google account, or in Guest mode. 2. In Guest mode, learning data is temporarily stored on your device and is not synced or permanently saved. 3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information. 4. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. When your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed.

4. Subscriptions 1. The App offers both free and Premium versions. 2. Premium is available as weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions. 3. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. For refund requests, please contact Apple. 4. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. 5. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings app. 6. Some subscription plans include a free trial period. If you do not cancel during the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and billing will begin at the end of the trial. 7. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

5. Prohibited Activities You may not: • Misuse or reverse engineer the App • Harass other users • Violate any laws or public morals • Attempt unauthorized access to the App's servers or network

6. Disclaimer 1. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 2. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. 3. Service may not function properly due to network conditions or device status.

7. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (text, images, audio, etc.) belong to us or their respective owners.

8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms become effective when posted in the App.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

10. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
